Our In-House Dental Plan is designed to give patients without dental insurance access to the quality dental care they deserve at an exceptional value.

It includes:

• $325 membership fee per year for adults
• $255 per year for children under 16 y/o
• Comprehensive exam on initial visit
• Periodic exam 2x/year on subsequent visits
• All necessary x-rays for examination
• 2 cleanings per year *
• 1 Complimentary Emergency Exam per year
• Semi-annual oral cancer screening and periodontal (gum health) evaluation
• 20% discount on basic and major dental procedures
• No Deductible! No Waiting Period! No Preexisting Conditions!

*If periodontal (gum disease) therapy is needed the fee for a regular cleaning will be applied towards any necessary periodontal procedures
